Mrs. Rodgers-Rouselle, who studied Business Administration at Southern University in New Orleans, is Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Bright Moments, LLC. Mrs. Rodgers-Rouselle has held a number of administrative and executive assistant positions including with the Home Mortgage Authority, the Orleans Parish School Board and the New Orleans Business League. She was the administrative aide to the late Ernest “Dutch” Morial, former Mayor of the City of New Orleans. In addition to assisting clients with general administrative needs, she processes all accounting activities for Bright Moments.
